“Never doubt that a thoughtful, committed group of citizens can change the world. Indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.” — Margaret Mead

Sansori is creating a new global paradigm for education: a space where students integrate paths to inner wisdom, collaborative relationships, and financial sustainability. Sansori programs are centered on Compassion, Community & Commerce. We are searching for passionate, likeminded individuals who share our vision and are excited to make an impact.

Just as we are creating a new paradigm for education, we want to reimagine the workplace. We operate as a small start-up, lean and agile. We make sure that we have fun in addition to working hard!

We look for these qualities in our team members, among others:

  • passion for creating a new paradigm for education
  • clear thinking and writing abilities
  • open minded
  • commitment to living mindfully
  • independent & collaborative work styles
  • deep listening

We value transparency and honesty in our relationships. For example, our salary information is shared with the team and we have a quarterly 360-degree evaluation process.

As a Sansori team member, you receive:

  • base salary
  • profit sharing (after 24 months)
  • four weeks of personal days
  • contribution toward health care cost
  • contribution toward office expense cost
  • reimbursement for work related travel

Sansori employees are given flexibility in choosing where they work, as our team members live all around the world. For those of us living in the same city, such as New York, we work together in person as much as possible. To keep our entire team connected, we hold regular team meetings via videoconference and have several in-person retreats throughout the year. We begin our meetings with reminders to be mindful and listen deeply, and begin our work days with short qigong movements to center our minds and bodies.

We are very mindful about how we allocate our capital and aim for efficiency in all we do. Our virtual office eliminates overhead for rent and other facilities related expenses.

We request that all employees complete our Bridge Year program. Please send an email to if you would like to learn more about opportunities at Sansori and share with us why you would be a positive fit for our team.

We provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. In addition to federal law requirements, we comply with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.

We expressly prohibit any form of workplace harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status. Improper interference with the ability of our employees to perform their job duties may result in discipline up to and including discharge.
