Sansori employees are given flexibility in choosing where they work, as our team members live all around the world. For those of us living in the same city, such as New York, we work together in person as much as possible. To keep our entire team connected, we hold regular team meetings via videoconference and have several in-person retreats throughout the year. We begin our meetings with reminders to be mindful and listen deeply, and begin our work days with short qigong movements to center our minds and bodies.
We are very mindful about how we allocate our capital and aim for efficiency in all we do. Our virtual office eliminates overhead for rent and other facilities related expenses.
